This a poor video. The commentary doesn't match with the video. It tells you to cut corners out of the two longer pieces of seal, but the video shows the corners have been cut away from the top seal. Which is it? How is it possible to make a video that disagrees with itself? To make matters worse the printed instructions are different from these instructions too and also unclear.
